How will my Credit Card be Billed?
Evolife products are imported from France and sent directly to you from the UK. Your credit card will be billed in the UK in UK Pounds Sterling (as if you were in the UK purchasing in a shop). Your credit card statement will show a debit in favour of J.E.M. Marketing.
Making a purchase could not be easier. You can buy 24/7 online. We accept Visa credit and debit cards / Mastercard / Switch / Solo and Maestro.
Postage & Packaging
For delivery to Ireland please call 0871 911 1725 for a postage quotation.
Please note, most overseas postal services are very reliable, however the UK postal service will not compensate once goods have left the UK Mainland. Therefore we are not responsible for undelivered items once they leave the UK.
Delivery of your Order
Generally online orders and orders placed live with an operator in our Customer Services Department are processed immediately.
Goods are normally dispatched within 3 working days, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Should we experience any delays with stock we will endeavour to contact you if the delivery time is going to exceed 14 days.

Returns Policy
Requests for refunds must be made in writing within 30 days of purchasing the product and any unfinished products must be returned. Once confirmed your refund will be credited to the card used for the initial payment or a cheque sent to the billing address on your order. The refund will be for the full value of the products purchased. We regret that we cannot refund Postage and packing costs.
