Evolife Laboratories has been engaged in research and development of skin care products for nearly a decade. In 2001, a team of scientists were assigned to investigate the effects of key minerals that are naturally found in Evaux-les-Bains thermal spring water which has been used for centuries. They discovered that the spring has unique quantities of naturally occuring minerals found nowhere else and that the spring water is naturally rich in lithium and very low in limestone content making it unique in dermatological terms. Further research led to the launch of several skin care products.

A few years later, a dermatologist saw very encouraging results when using the Evolife products. As a result in 2006, a full range of innovative mineral products were launched for skin, nail, hair, oral and hygiene care.
